The Parade

dear friends and family,
I, Nicole, wanted to try the blog out tonight. I will tell you about what we did Saturday. At the parade, we had hot chocolate and got lots of candy. The candy we gathered we put in mom's pocket. The pocket was really big so we could put the candy in. We saw lots of floats. We saw some friends on the firetruck and on floats. The best part of the parade was seeing Santa Claus or Saint Nicolas as some people call him.
I love my mom really much.
love,
Nicole

Hey Nicole,

It was nice to read what you had to say! I'm glad you had fun at the parade. Say "hi" to Meagan and Sarah. Love you lots!

Hello Nicole. I loved reading your blog entry. That was neat that Mom had big pockets to hold the candy in, by the way!
I have become good friends with Mom and Dad. Did they tell you we met during Mom's chemotherapy? God really blessed me by sending your Mom to be my friend so we could have a laugh or two every time we went to get our treatments. Somehow the needle didn't hurt as much when we were laughing! :)
Tell Mom and Dad I said hello and you can give them a big hug for me, too. Keep writing. I'll keep reading! Hugs to you, too.
