Cindy received another treatment yesterday. It did not go as well as the previous 5. She had a reaction to the chemo medicine and had to receive some other medication to stop the reaction. I will let her tell you what happened.
This weekend will be busy. I have a wedding to officiate. Tonight I have the rehearsal and tomorrow afternoon is the ceremony. Then on Sunday I have two services to lead. So like I said a busy weekend.
The girls are enjoying their new school. Each morning they are excited to go and see their friends. This morning we allowed them to walk to school on their own. This was a big step for us as parents.
Sarah will begin school next week Friday. She is excited about beginning school. Each morning we have to tell her how many more sleeps until school.
Last night I signed the girls up for figure skating. I was hoping that they wanted to play "Hockey" but that is not the case. I am still excited about seeing them on the ice and doing what figure skaters do.
We truly are back in the "Rhythm of Life." And as I go about my day I think how truly blessed Cindy and I are. We have three beautiful daughters, a family that loves us, friends that encourage us, a church family that supports us, and a God who walks and lives with us. Truly Blessed.
Just a note to Denise. Thanks for taking Cindy to London yesterday. You are an amazing sister and sister-in-law. We love yeh!
Well got to run
Stephen
P.S. I hope (for one or two persons) that the spelling and grammar is alright.....

Hi Cindy and Stephen. I love that picture of you and Denise. She is such a sweetie, isn't she? It's refreshing souls like Denise's that give us that little lift! Yes, that was quite the day for you. You were pretty red-faced my dear. I'm glad you got over it so quickly.
I am feeling pretty wretched and am not eating - which is a definite uh-oh for me - the usual great desirer of anything edible. But I'll see what I'm like later. I will say this round has been my worst. I've not moved much these past days. I can hardly wait to see what the last one brings. But enough whining...you have a bit of a journey left my friend, but I rejoice with you that you know Who is completely in control ('cause we sure aren't, are we?) Give it all to Jesus and find rest in Him, Cindy. You have a jewel of a heart and a smile that comforts. Be strong and we'll see you in less than three weeks! Hugs to you all. Love Glynis
Hi Cindy and Stephen,
I just wanted to send you a note to tell you that you are in our thoughts and prayers all the time. I talked to your parents at our church in Guelph a few weeks ago and they told me about his blog. Reading your update blog is absolutely amazing. Your faith in God to help you through this difficult time shines through with amazing clarity and what a witness you are to others. I pray that God will continue to give you the strength you need to get through all of this. Your children are especially in our prayers. Keep looking to Jesus.
Love, Catherine Timmerman
