Today Cindy did not go to worship. She stayed home to rest. Since I was at church getting ready for the servi
ce Helen V came and picked up the girls. We are so grateful to Helen for helping us out. It is times like these that we feel the love and support of our church family.Well tomorrow is a big day since it is Meagan's Birthday. It is hard to believe that she is turning seven. I can still remember the day she was born. As you can see she is our blond beauty. She is such an amazing girl. Her imagination and her caring nature are a gift from God.
As you go through this week please keep Cindy in your prayers. Pray that the pain may not be too intense. Pray that the drugs may kill the cancer. Also pray for our girls. Pray that they understand that their Mom will need rest this week.
Till next time
Stephen

Cindy you are an inspiration to our family. No mater how bad the day, how raw the pain, how real the fear..... We have found our way through prayer, belief, faith and love. You are a wonderful daughter and truly a gift God has given me.
Love always Mom
Hi Cindy and Stephen. Just a little reminder to you about how thankful we are that we 'ran into each other' that day a few months ago. God uses our situations to glorify Him, doesn't He? And when we discovered you were Christian soldiers just marching on, too, then we found a whole truckload of strength. When I read your posts I find such positive assurance in Jesus and how He is Master of your lives. The power of prayer is significant and in both of our situations He is doing a mighty work - I just know it. The hard part is the day to day managing and rearranging routines, isn't it? I know your little girls will be stronger because of what you are enduring right now, even though it might sometimes seem unfair. Curse those wretched cancer cells and may we always remember that the battle is already won through the power of the Blood! Amen (okay I am stepping off my soap box and reaching for the MOM - and that's not chocolate folks...)
I am having a tough time too, Cindy, with this round, so I am sympathizing and holding your hand in a spiritual way, girl Hang in there. And the good news is...I've lost 8lbs in four days...and the bad news is I can't eat and I ache like the dickens. Although I did have breakfast and so far so good...Have a wonderful day and feel those prayers of your friends and family. Blessings, Glynis
